The project is located in Tongan District, Xiamen City, and is separated from the east side West Coast Avenue by Xixi Bay. The villas and high-rises all have a good view of the sea. It is an honor of USAD to be invited to participate in the creation of the optimal product line of the Century Series of Rongxin Investment Group. The project covers an area of 10,000 square meters and consists of two high-rise buildings, two superimposed villas and two small commercial buildings. The demonstration area covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. Except for the parking lot, the rest area is all actual living space.

In terms of architecture planning, to meet the value and the view of the sea, there is no parallel connection between the buildings. The angles of the four buildings are different. The landscape fits the surrounding environment and connects with the site and buildings with a beautiful rhythm, focusing on the clarity of the structure and the continuity of the space. The landscape design was inspired by the JAZZ concept yacht designed by Zaha Hadid. The fold line and the tonality of the yacht add an unusual spirit to the project.
